ALBIC Company Ltd is a dynamic company specializing in international trade facilitation, policie,
acting as your agent for international and local companies, and offering various business services.Our core mission is to streamline global business operations, enhance efficiency, and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. The company (ALBIC) following Legal procedures may import or export on behalf of
home or international company's products to other states NB. Unless on agreement provision, the company intending to
import or export will be the one to meet taxes and other primary dues as storage, transportation, fuel etc
In regards to the word products above ALBIC means anything that can be produced, made or given i.e Food materials, Motors , Home use products, Electronics etc
The Company (ALBIC) on following legal procedures or necessities may engage directly or on behalf of other international companies or home companies into minerals , or raw materials by importing or exporting them

The company ( ALBIC ) will enhance the better running of other companies and this will include Currying out research on behalf of such company
Currying assigned legal binding duties as may be described by the other company Pay taxes on behalf of another company on request
the company may be international or local the company may engage in Agro businesses on behalf of other companies
the company my export or import skilled or non skilled labour for the home requesting companies or persons

The company may purchase anything on behalf of other companies or persons as requested so long as it's legal binding. The company may intending to deal with ALBIC must be legally binding and with qualifications as an entity in that country
NOT Withstanding any ony provision and as a MUST, The company or persons intending to deal with ALBIC Shall disclose all there details to ALBIC
Unless as agreed, or disclosed in the contract, the company or persons intending to deal ALBIC Must be having insurance lasting to the last date of the insurance or even more but not less
Where the company or persons intending to deal with ALBIC the company or such persons may first get insurance to avoid losses
Where A company or persons refuse to acquire insurance, possibly insured losses acquired in the business process should be bared to that company directly or indirectly and not ALBIC
ALBIC may act as an agent of another company or persons both internationally and local incase of such Company requests A company shall request by clearly writing to ALBIC

ALBIC will have the Wright to take on the request or refuse, and shall through any possibilities of communication inform the requesting person or entity of its stand  
The company (ALBIC) may treat government entities of governments them selves as companies or work with them in the same manor as persons or entities
With standing the above provision the company ALBIC Shall be import, supply or export anything on behalf of different countries
as the country might request or as the government entity may describe requesting ALBIC to do so
The company may look for a third party to deal with the company smooth running of business,
e.g material supply, service provision etc The company may purchase anything for any other company or persons but with good intentions e.g. The company may purchase cars, land, etc for the smooth running of other companies
Unless agreed in the contract the company or persons dealing with ALBIC Shall be the one to meet
taxes and direct losses unless that loss is an avoidable due to ALBIC

ALBIC may pass on shares it may describe fit and worth
In where there is bleach of the contract by the third party and the other company ( not ALBIC)
not withstanding any other section that company shall be directly liable damage and fines
Where the company has requested ALBIC to represent a company or persons on legal ALBIC
shall first agree with such a company on terms and conditions and that agreement should be disclosed to courts of law handling such matters
ALBIC will perform its duties and responsibilities and shall not cause a loss to
company or persons dealing with, but shall not suffer a loss for the, illegality,
business delay, non disclosure, or non performance of another company

On extending the provision above. ALBIC shall not suffer a loss due to the negligence of the person or company it's dealing with,
The company shall link products and services to market, companies, business products etc both Internationally and locally,
this means company (ALBIC) may find market for a product or service on behalf of another entity

We may curry out or engage in Currying out research for the possibility of a product to be people"s choice and  invite any international company to occupy the available market with its product.
Where ALBIC is by any source of information either from outside or inside the company
It's dealing with that such companies has the following-
That the company did not disclose some information in it's description, and operation mode yet it was crucial 
That the company is Currying out some business in any other illegal way
That the company is in process of liquidation
That the company has huge unpaid debts with no provision / way to pay them off
That in the company's operations  has some irregularities, forged documents,illegal activities or service etc

N.B In such a way For any provisions above ALBIC Shall terminate the contract, with that company
or person and ALBIC  shall not be liable for damages caused

The company will market or participate in marketing products of other companies
The company may participate in selling of products and services plus collecting of
finances for other entities, However such products or services must be legally recognised in the region or country of operation  and the company shall have to follow the procedure provision per the law.
